Supply Chain Operations Leader with more than 12 years of experience overseeing teams of various sizes in Manufacturing, Warehousing and Project environments. My success has been in planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant. My expertise lies in minimizing cost and maintaining quality standards while implementing strategies to enhance team performance and increase production. In addition, with my TPM background I strive to create continuous improvement initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
