Led iterative concept planning for a large shopping center plus a day care, tire shop, and bank across multiple zoning districts. Integrated surrounding existing buildings/grades, laid out internal roads and parking in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and conducted 18-wheeler circulation feasibilty by manually tweaking tight maneuvers to workable clearances with AutoTurn.• Utilized AutoTurn to perform truck-turn and site-circulation feasibility reviews for multiple warehouse projects; assessed road geometry, curb fillets, and parking layouts, identified an infeasible truck entrance/exit, and recommended communicated possible revisions to improve constructability. • Researched and applied city-specific zoning and design criteria (parking ratios and stall sizes, sidewalk and roadway widths, impervious-cover limits, etc.) to produce code-conforming concept layouts and support municipality review-comment responses.
