ABOUT ILENIA FAINI
In 2013, I relocated to Malta to improve my English language level and build a career through studies and work experience. I took this chance to experiment with my skills and to realize what my strengths and passions are. I am highly aware that the best results are obtained over extended periods of time and through meticulous and structured actions, which have long-term effects and benefits. That is the reason why I decided to expand my areas of knowledge and improve my skills by attending University of Malta. I graduated in 2019 at the faculty of Economics and successfully achieved a Higher Diploma in Management and Administration. I had some great work experiences in a range of industries, which allowed me to grow and improve both professionally and personally. I believe experience is highly valuable, mostly in conjunction with qualifications and motivation for me to be able to reach great standards. In 2019 I moved to Brussels to look for new and greatest challenges and improve my skills further. Here I had the chance to work with an international company and dive into the procurement department for almost 2 years. I am living in Germany since 2021 to grow even more professionally and to settle for a long period. Let\'s the new challange being!
