We are Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation. We provide financing and real estate products to businesses, nonprofits, and developers in all neighborhoods of Philadelphia. PIDC is a nonprofit organization founded by the City of Philadelphia and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia in 1958.
