   The Ribbit Learning Company offers Ribbit Learning Hub, a SaaS educational technology, that delivers and scales on-demand, competency-based professional learning and coaching to every educator in K-12 public, charter and private schools across the US. The Ribbit Learning Hub provides every educator access to individualized professional learning opportunities, virtual instructional coaching, and virtual networks of other education professionals to facilitate and support collaboration. We’ve created the Ribbit Learning Hub to bring together three critical elements of highly-effective professional learning: competency-based professional development, instructional coaching, and collaboration, to drive educator growth. Leveraging technology allows us to create simple and intuitive processes to support self-assessment, reflection, goal setting and action planning as well as to deliver aligned professional resources and content to educators. At the same time, our Learning Hub easily incorporates educators’ professional development activities that occur off-line or outside of the software. Our mission is to inspire and empower all educators to transform their lives, and the lives of the students and communities they serve. What’s with the name? When we say we’re committed to radically transforming educator professional learning we mean it. Few things symbolize radical transformation more than a tadpole developing into a frog- hence the name Ribbit.
