ABOUT ILDA GONÇALO

Growing up in Germany as a second-generation immigrant meant that “Where are you really from?” was a question I heard often. Over time, I learned to embrace the curiosity behind it and turn my background into a strength.Life has since taken me across 5 different countries and 7 different cities, where every move challenged me to start fresh, adapt quickly, and find my footing in unfamiliar places. Along the way, I discovered that what once felt like “difference” became my greatest asset: the ability to navigate diverse environments with ease and confidence.Today, I am an international project coordinator with a BA in Social Work from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and an MA in European Studies from KU Leuven (Belgium). Currently, I am pursuing an MBA with a concentration in IT at Humphreys University (US).Professionally, this journey has carried me through Customer Success, Project Management, Education and now Technology. In each of these fields, I’ve leaned on my cross-cultural perspective to build bridges, lead projects, and bring people together around shared goals.For me, thriving in the unknown isn’t just a skill — it’s the story of my life.
