I draw to understand, to make others understand, to make things happen. As a Graphic Recorder, I translate conversations into visual narratives in real-time. Each line is an act of listening, each map reveals connections that might otherwise remain invisible.🧩 As a Visual Facilitator, I design processes that help teams see the bigger picture together. Using visualization methodologies and collaborative techniques, I create spaces where collective intelligence can flourish.Since 2014, I\'ve been moving between conference rooms, strategic workshops, and transformation processes, carrying my markers as both tools and companions. I work in Italian, English, and French.My approach is rooted in my background in political science and sociology of migrations, combined with a lifelong practice of drawing to make sense of complexity. As a child, I used to doodle on school desks—today, I create visual maps that help organizations navigate their challenges with clarity and creativity.Based between Rome and Toulouse, where I also coordinate residential training with Nomadways, an association promoting art as a tool for social change.Every line I draw is an opportunity to see the big picture and discover new connections.
