As ServiceNow Specialist I support customers from the health and public services industry in the digital transformation of their business processes. I engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and yield informed decision-making. I lead ServiceNow implementations with a hybrid methodology, fostering collaboration between business and technical teams. As PMO of the Accenture Sovereign Cloud Practice I facilitate the interlocking of the different building blocks of the practice: strategic, technological, training and partners ecosystem. I support C-level executives in the development of strategic business plans, the delivery of lead generation initiatives and in monitoring expenses against budgets, taking corrective actions as necessary. I’m also involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
