Working in Ericsson Italy S.p.A.(in Rome) on MM (Ericsson Multi Mediation) for both “File and Event” and “Online Mediation” systems. Most of the projects are for international customers:• Etisalat – Moov (Bénin): worked on site for 2 months (“File and Event” project);• Melita (Malta): worked on site for 1 month (“File and Event” project);• OTE (Greece): worked on site for 2 months (“File and Event” project);• Airtel (Bangladesh): remote working (“File and Event” and “Online mediation” projects);• Moov (Ivory Coast): remote working (“File and Event” project);• Moov (Gabon): remote working (“File and Event” project);• Al Madar (Lybia): remote working (“File and Event” project);• OMEA (France): remote working (“File and Event” project):• TIM (Italy): on site working (“File and Event” and “Online Mediation” projects);• WIND (Italy): on site working (“File and Event” and “Online Mediation” projects).Main activities/responsibilities are:• Study and analysis of the client’s requirement and elements of the network manuals;• Activities planning in order to integrate MM requirements with the other networks nodes and 3PP elements granting the customer’s budget, scope, timelines and process limitation;• Drawing up of installation, test and solution description documentations;• Integration, test and roll-out activities (on site and remotely);• Ericsson’s CDR processing language (ASN.1 based) for developing new interface protocols both on collection and distribution side of the mediation platform Billing Gateway/EMM. Development of billing scripts and mediation configurations;• Strong UNIX shell/AWK Scripting;• Able to effectively work in teams and in stressful environment, process oriented, excellent communication and relationship.
