My greatest passion? Travelling and organising trips. I am a travel designer with a Master\'s degree in International Tourism and Destination Management. I fluently speak English and Spanish and I have been working in the tourism industry for 10 years. I worked in various roles in both Italy and Spain: customer service, travel agent, salesperson and associate program management in the Italian team of an American tour operator based in Rome. I love planning and organising tailor-made trips. It gives me great satisfaction to be in contact with clients both directly and indirectly and to be able to help them before, during and after their trip, always trying to meet and above all exceed their needs and expectations.
