Time-off tracking is managed through systems like Zucchetti Presenze and ADP.Working closely with HR and Legal teams, I implement new strategies and serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related employee queries. I ensure compliance with diverse tax and labor regulations, lead audit processes, and prepare payroll forecasts. I have also been actively involved in key payroll transformation projects, including payroll provider transitions, supporting HR process implementations, and reviewing company policies related to expense reimbursements and wellness benefits.Additionally, I am responsible for conducting ISTAT surveys in Italy, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with national statistical reporting requirements.
