Possessing diverse knowledge of principles and practices, utilizing advanced techniques with responsibilities including plans, specifications, and material approvals throughout project phases. Collaborating with project consultants, mentoring junior staff by providing daily guidance and feedback, as well as conducting quarterly self-assessments. Maintaining a direct relationship with clients, scheduling meetings, and effectively managing time across multiple simultaneous projects.The scope of work encompassed various tasks: strategic selection and space planning for amenities, designing amenities such as Lobby, Welcome Lounge, Coworking area, Gym & Spa, Tenant Lounge, Kids room, Party room, Cinema, Pet spa, etc. It also involved designing ciruclation and service spaces like mailing and package rooms, elevator cabs, vestibules and hallways (across typical floors, penthouse floors, amenity floors, cellar floors, BOH, etc). Additionally, it encompassed creating Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) for the entire building and designing typical units and penthouses. This involved configuring typical kitchens, primary and secondary bathrooms with diverse finishes, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and light selections.Furthermore, commercial component to include Lobby, Front Desk, Elevator Vestibule and cabs,Commercial Tenant corridors and commercial tenant restrooms accessed from non-office tenant space such as corridors or lobby.Scope of work included also the 100% DD and CD drawings set including millworks detail and creation of specbook remodeled after the VE process.
