I have been working in Enel since July I first worked in the Administration department for 3 years; then I had 7 years experience in Planning and Control where I also held the position of Head of Planning and Control at Enel SpA; from 2010 to 2017 I worked in Enel Green Power SpA, as Head of Tax Italy, also during the Company listing procedure and during this period, I was appointed as Board Member in some special purpose vehicles.From March 2018 to October 2022 I held the position of Head of Tax Affairs at Enel X, directly reporting to the CFO of the Global Business Line. I ensured at Global level tax advisory and supported the development of commercial strategies and M&A initiatives or other extraordinary transactions; my focus was also on Tax planning, Transfer pricing and tax compliance.Currently I’m working in the Investment Stewardship Management team, within the Administration Finance and Control department, overseeing Governance and Portfolio Optimization issues across all the Stewardships of Enel Group at Global level.
