I’m a senior Executive Assistant and Business Manager with 20+ years of experience operating at the sharp end of executive leadership. I partner with the Operations Officer on an enterprise‑wide, COO‑style remit, setting the weekly cadence across prioritisation, decision flow, and senior meeting preparation and delivery. I steward a high‑volume executive‑office calendar and inbox, coordinate international logistics, produce governance materials and board/committee packs, and manage sensitive communications across stakeholders—trusted with the urgent, the ambiguous, and the confidential, handled with judgement and discretion.I’m obsessively organised and tech‑smart, using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and AI (including Copilot) to streamline workflows and keep priorities visible. Energised by large, global, matrixed organisations, I put people at the centre of how I work—building productive relationships across functions and time zones and acting as a trusted point of contact who makes engagement with the executive office straightforward and positive. I’ve helped stand up two new teams from concept to live operations, partnering with leadership and project management to structure the workplan, establish governance, and drive delivery.
