Spearhead the pivot of the entire program from in-person to virtual delivery and execution by collaborating with a minimum team of ten (10) staff based in Europe, South America, and Israel to ensure program-wide deliverables and deadlines are met throughout the COVID-19 pandemic- Deliver comprehensive quarterly reports to leadership on program expenses, grant application approvals, engagement levels, participants, and hours of course completion to inform executive decisions on future programming- Design and facilitate over twenty (20) staff development and new-hire training seminars and events in order to boost engagementand growth, and ensure smooth onboarding and acclimation of staff- Oversee and manage all marketing and advertising development/design including Facebook, Instagram and mass email ad campaigns in order to ensure engagement events and ad content are in-line with WZO program objectives- Coordinate and host over sixty (60) virtual/in-person program classes and events each semester, using Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Zoom in order to ensure organization and timeliness- Budget and track spending of annual program grant in order to best manage expenses and allocation of funds- Recruit, interview, and hire Hebrew Second Language teachers each semester for all program classes
