A techie with over 1.5 years of experience in the industry, I\'ve consistently demonstrated a knack for planning, organizing, and managing projects and teams. Despite my tech background, I\'ve gravitated towards operational and managerial roles both in my academic and professional journey.During my tenure as Scrum Master at Deloitte, I leveraged my expertise in project coordination, process optimization and stakeholder management to drive efficiency and success. Leading a cross-functional team of over 20 members, I streamlined processes and enhanced collaboration, resulting in improved project outcomes.As President of Onyx, the E-Cell at the National Institute of Engineering, I led a team of 25 students in planning, organizing, and conducting events for over 800 student members. Notably, I oversaw the E-Step Startup BootCamp, collaborating with KITS and led the flagship event of the cell providing ideation, networking and pitching opportunities for over student participants. As I transition from tech to a business operations role, I aim to leverage my tech background and project management skills to drive efficiency and success.Outside of my professional pursuits, I\'m a highly creative individual with a passion for various forms of art, particularly writing. I nourish my creative side by crafting compelling pieces of writing and freelancing as a copywriter for websites, products and organization (re)branding.
