ABOUT ILA NASCIMENTO

Graduated in Chemical Engineer at Federal Institute of Bahia, working as Production Enigineer at a relevant food company in England and one of the biggest coffee companies around the World. Previous experiences as Safety, Health and Environment as well as Sustainability, fucused on ESG and Compliance. Solid experience on project management on energy reduction, Performace KPI\'s and recently on the fast paced project to change packing material and formats to adress inovation and market share increase at UK coffee market. I am a highly motivated person with strong professional dedication. I like to value human relationships based on sincerity, honesty and respect. I am particularly gifted with ease of communication between different audiences, as well as good relationships between areas. I believe that these characteristics are of great relevance for understanding procedures, norms and standards within the company. Previously, I was selected by the Science without Borders program (2013) for a sandwich exchange at the University of Toronto - CA, which gave me fluency in English. With recognition, I was an intern at Braskem S.A. in the Basic Inputs Unit (2010 to 2011) in the Online Analyzers area, as a result of completing my secondary-technical education in Chemistry through Federal Institute of Bahia.
