With over 20 years of experience, I advise multinational domestic and foreign companies on taxation of their U.S. and foreign business and assist in development and implementation of multitier global structures. My clients are usually in manufacturing, information technology, biosciences and other industries as well as start-ups.I also have extensive experience working with U.S. expats living abroad and foreign persons immigrating or living in the United States. I often assist my client to become compliant with the U.S. foreign information reporting requirements.
