As a hybrid biology instructor at Lane Community College, I am entrusted with the responsibility of teaching the basics of biology to college students. Concepts such as understanding how cells are selectively permeable to substances to comprehending the central dogma of molecular biology are just some of the many concepts I help students learn. I use the learning management system Moodle to keep students updated on their grades and give valuable feedback. I also utilize screen recording software to record additional lectures that students can watch at their own pace to better understand the material.
