   Leadership Development Program• Rotational program between production, quality, sanitation, supply chain, R&D, warehousing, maintenance, refrigeration, and animal application.• Lead and participate in cross-departmental initiatives on continuous improvement processes to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, increase yield, and enhance product quality. • Supervise production lines and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.• Utilizing SAP to track batches, material status and monitor performance metrics like key performance indicators (KPIs), non-conformity reports (NCRs), Right-the-first time ratio, downtimes, and investigate non-conformities.• Work closely with the quality control team to identify and address quality issues and ensure products meet specifications and implement corrective actions when needed to reduce NCRs.• Enforce safety regulations, and ensure the team follows food safety (HACCP, cGMPs) and OSHA standards.• Conduct GMP walk-through inspections to ensure compliance with cGMPs and regulatory requirements.• Developing new and updating SOPs for compliance, and conducting trainings to team members on implementing SOPs, documentation practices and adherence to safety and quality standards.• Participate in internal and external audits of GMP documents and logbooks to ensure completeness and accuracy for production and sanitation operations.• Work with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functioning properly, and to facilitate Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems.• Schedule chemical product testing, and application for preventive maintenance. • Ensure that the facility is cleaned, inspected and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination, and foreign materials aligning with internal and external standards.• Develop and maintain the plant’s cleaning and sanitation schedule ensuring compliance with sanitation standards (FDA, USDA, or other regulatory bodies).
