Improved Intel’s product time to market by 30%- 50%, through gating milestones’ identification and elimination of process gaps and overhead. Saved business unit $200K / year and $340K/year through resource allocation, streamlining processes, eliminating unnecessary scrapping of E&O spares inventory in Manufacturing and Service at Intel. Positioned Toshiba to attain double-digit market growth through release of 60+ reliable, validated, verified, quality market-leading telecommunications products.
