Job Summary:The Ground Operations Compliance Crew Member supports the airline’s compliance efforts by ensuring that all ground handling procedures are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves real-time monitoring of ramp, baggage, and passenger services, and reporting any non-compliance or safety concerns.Key Responsibilities:Operational Compliance Support:Monitor ground operations including baggage handling, aircraft loading/unloading, and boarding procedures for compliance.Report safety violations, procedural errors, and compliance issues to supervisors.Assist in implementing corrective actions as directed by the Compliance Officer or Supervisor.Safety Assurance:Ensure safety protocols are followed in all ground handling areas (ramp, gate, baggage area).Support enforcement of personal protective equipment (PPE) use and safe work practices.Documentation and Reporting:Complete compliance checklists and submit daily observation reports.Document incidents, irregularities, or deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).Team Coordination:Work closely with ramp, gate, and baggage teams to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with guidelines.Communicate compliance expectations and share safety reminders with crew members.
