Technical Lead for 6-7 person team in executing on automating everything and anything that has to do with how we submit customer health benefit enrollments to our insurance carriers/providers (formerly a heavily manual process). The automations we build using direct and 3rd party API integrations allow Gusto save about $1-1.5 Million a year and redirect man power away from manual data entry to providing better support for our customers• Architected and led team in fortifying and expanding Gusto\'s API integration with Guardian to process the most complex health insurance renewals that we see at Gusto.
