PET-Xi are experts in high-impact motivational programs. • I worked as a Lead Trainer on a freelance basis delivering engaging and inspirational programs to learners. Each week I worked with a different school, delivering 5 day courses to their students.• I led a team of 4 people into the school and I initiated any modification of delivery methods to sustain the attention of challenging learners. • It was my responsibility to create and maintain an appropriate learning environment by being a strong presence in the room.
