We offer medication management and counseling for ages (6-90) via telepsychiatry for major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, impulse control disorders (AHDH and ODD), substance abuse disorders, and psychotic disorders, to name a few. Our holistic approach integrates lifestyle treatments, focusing on stress management. I am a good listener. I will listen to you and find the best evidence-based treatment for your disorder, then create an individualized treatment plan. I focus on creating a safe space where you are comfortable discussing and sharing your experiences. Taking care of both our mental and physical health will enhance our overall well-being.
