Ika Djunia Khafifah is a passionate International Relations graduate from Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta, driven by a deep interest in diplomacy, social development, and international political economy. During her academic years, she consistently demonstrated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.84/4.00, while actively engaging in diplomacy simulations, academic conferences, and leadership roles.Her journey in public affairs began through internships at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI)—both in Commission I (Defense and Foreign Affairs) and the Coordinator for People’s Welfare Affairs (KORKESRA)—where she contributed to policy research, legislative analysis, and public welfare initiatives aligned with Indonesia’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These experiences strengthened her understanding of how diplomacy, governance, and social policies intersect in shaping national and global outcomes.Beyond politics and governance, Ika also explored creative communication through her earlier role at the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Balitbang Kemendikbud), where she led social media publication initiatives and managed a small creative team.
