Sound knowledge of machines like centre lathe, drilling, milling, slotting, broaching, vertical boring, horizontal boring, VTL etc. Good knowledge of CNC programming for controllers like, SIEMENS Sinumerik 802D, 828D, 840D, FANUC, Macro programming for skoda HBM, RAFAMET vertical boring, VMC Hands on experience of process planning for fabrication as well as machining, machining time calculation, OEE calculations, costing etc. Good knowledge of Shop floor planning and production planning, scheduling, capacity planning Hands on experience inTPM implementation (JH steps) and sustainability, 5S & lean manufacturing. Reasonable knowledge of statutory & safety requirements of factory, HSE & HIRA Good knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 Able administrator, adept at effectively mobilizing & managing manpower, machines & material resources to generate reasonable returns. Hands on experience in 2D/3D drafting using AutoCAD R14 to 2026, PRO-E WF 4.0, Autodesk Inventor etc. Good knowledge of working with ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA PP module and Encompix
