PROJECT: BMP (BAPCO MODERNIZATION PROJECT)CLIENT: BAPCO /TTSJVSCOPE OF WORK: UNDERWATER CLAMPS & BRACING INSTALLATION-Site supervising & reporting to the client regarding the progress of project-Planning and Site co-ordination from the management & diving team- Strong understanding of offshore safety procedures and protocols-Communicate with the team about the ongoing project on the site and prepare theschedule and resources for the job-Work allocation for Construction and Diving teams as priority requirements-Coordination with team for all engineering and management supports-Emergency Response Team Leader,certified First Aider & Fire warden-Assist for Quality inspection (Ultrasonic Testing & Cathodic protection) and Preparedaily reports (Diving,Quality,Construction,Planning), Submission to the client andDCC-Prepare RAMS & Method statement and coordinate for Client submission-Brown-field & Greenfield permit receiver for (TTSJV/BAPCO)- Preparing daily project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans-Material controlling coming to the site and delivering to the vessel-Maintain a project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, andresolving problems-Work in conjunction with the Project Manager for overall project procurementstrategy, sequencing, phasing, and logistics
