My current title is Health and Safety Manager for Air Logistics. I am responsible for compliance at multiple sites, which providing services in Food, Pharmaceutical and 3PL logistics. I have previously performed in the positions of: Quality Manager, Deputy Responsible Person, internal Auditor, Security Manager, Facility Management any many other roles within Kuehne Nagel. • I conducted and hosted internal and external Pharma compliance audits from customers and regulatory agency MHRA, Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), Food safety Certification Audits from Customers and as well as Local Authority, CAA and internal Quality, Security, Environment and health and safety, hauliers audits. • Investigate customer complaints using TIPS/ CAPA’s and various continuous improvement techniques such as 5 Why’s and fish bone. • I assessed and retrained practical trainer. I write, review and update processes, SOPs/Working instructions for continuous improvement to achieve a high results in the internal and external audits. • Managed the contractors to ensure that the facility is fully secured and compliant as per the CAA and TAPA-A guidelines. I am also a trained document validator to validate the personal documents for vetting. • Conducted and review the new and existing risk assessments on site and I am a trained Risk Assessor. I reviewed the DSE, expectant mothers and young workers risk assessments. I can also conduct PUWER risk assessments. • Organise, manage the stock disposals, and always achieve the KPI.• I Managed several business transitions and projects. Implement changes at Heathrow such as consolidated training matrix, daily health and safety inspections and daily MHE observations, document control management system which helped the business to achieve a high score in the audit and made it easier to manage the personal training records and control the documents in circulation.
