About Lindfors

With a strong background in antitrust and competition law, I advise clients in competition law compliance and adjacent regulatory issues. My expertise is often sought in connection to M&A projects and complex merger control proceedings in particular. I have supported clients in multi-jurisdictional internal audits, and successfully guided clients through antitrust investigations before the European Commission, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, and various national competition authorities.

My experience includes advising clients in cartel investigations, dominance matters as well as internal audits and other competition law compliance issues. In the field of public procurement, I have had the pleasure of being involved in several public procurement disputes serving both corporate and public sector clients.
