   Contributed to the successful transfer of the 800G DR8 OSFP transceiver production line from Ningbo, China and Taiwan to Houston, TX. Built and configured TRx testing stations, including equipment setup, wiring, and LabVIEW test script refinement to communicate with the U.S. MES system, with a focus on Final Test and Packet Loss stations.• Utilized equipment such as OSA, DCA, CDR, temperature chambers, BERT, and packet testers to perform validation tests including eye diagram, TDECQ, sensitivity, DDMI calibration, bit error rate, symbol error rate, and packet loss.• Rewrote and maintained LabVIEW programs to automate data retrieval and upload to the MES system, enhancing testing efficiency and production integration.• Upgraded legacy test stations transferred from Ningbo and integrated them with new automated equipment to meet high-volume manufacturing needs and reduce labor costs.• Owned and implemented 800G production routing in the EMS system to enable product check-in/check-out across the entire manufacturing process, ensuring full traceability in MES by work order and serial number. Maintained product data in SAP and designed SQL Server tables for uploading test data from validation stations.• Took ownership of pre-shipment validation for 400G AOC by maintaining and inspecting all validation stations, conducting bit error rate and packet loss testing under various environmental conditions to ensure product reliability and smooth testing operations.• Queried and analyzed product data from SQL databases and EMS systems to identify failure patterns and root causes, directly supporting yield improvement strategies.
