Students successfully achieved 3 gold, 8 silver, and 5 bronze medals during tenure. • Experienced in creating questions, scoring, and judging of Indonesian Biology Olympiad (OSN) qualifying exams at all levels (regional, province, national, Pre-IBO training).• Served as jury member for IBO 2014, Bali, Indonesia. Collaborated in a team of 40 to organize exam logistics for 238 participating students from 61 countries. Contributed problems for theoretical and molecular biology practical exams.• Coordinated 96 students, 10 lab assistants, and 10 teachers ensuring successful organization of OSN 2013 exams.• Initiated the first workshop for junior instructors on creating exam questions and grading process of biology olympiad.
