Dedicated and proactive Production & Facilities engineer with 17 years of experience in both Conventional and Unconventional assets: GoM Shelf & Deepwater, Conventional South Texas, Eagleford, Bakken, and Uinta.Surveil and optimize vertical and horizontal wells. Safely and urgently address production challenges: corrosion, scale formation, high H2S & CO2, hydrates & salt precipitation, HPHT, sand invasion, emulsion, frac protect, and artificial lift equipment failure. Execute workovers on hundreds of wellbores: coiled tubing cleanout, stick pipe cleanout, hole in tubing repair, rod pump change, fishing job, snubbing operation, casing remediation, plug & abandon (P&A), and acid stimulation. Perform Completion and Recompletion on Conventional reservoirs. Design and manage various types of artificial lift methods: rod pump, jet pump, ESP, gas lift, and plunger lift. Improve monitoring system and reduce failure frequency rates. SPE Sucker Rod Committee Member 2018 – 2021. Proficient in WellView, SiteView, RodStar, SROD, Pump Analyzer, SNAP, XSPOC, PERFORM, PROSPER, GAP, PipeSim and SpotFire.Design & deliver facilities infrastructure: CTBs, SWDs, recycling facilities, frac water ponds, compressor stations, slug catchers, pump booster stations, and pipeline installations. Design lay flat route for frac water transfer. Led numerous challenging multi-discipline projects which are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Offering comprehensive skill sets and a strong technical foundation to address any challenges and to generate accretive projects for organizations. Flexible, focused with strong problem-solving skills, and committed to high quality work products. Effective communicator and collaborative team player. Fluent in English & Malay languages.
