Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure timely delivery of data collection projects, meeting analytics and data capture requirements for Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.• Implement and manage tracking tags using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM), leveraging JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and HTML for accurate data capture across platforms.• Define and design Data Layer objects and workflows within Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.• Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics tools (such as Adobe Analysis Workspace and Google Analytics 4 reports) to extract insights, validate data, and ensure seamless data flow.• Leverage Google Optimize and Adobe Target to configure and analyze A/B testing, UX tools, and site personalization strategies to optimize user experience.• Integrate Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and API integrations, streamlining data collection and reporting processes.• Ensure governance, compliance, and data accuracy for third-party tag deployments in Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager, using tools like Tag Assistant, Adobe Debugger, and ObservePoint.• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analytics tagging, driving best practices across Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, improving data collection strategies.• Work with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Marketing, IT) to prioritize tasks, ensure project alignment, and deliver results on time.• Lead the migration from Google Analytics Universal (UA) and GA360 to GA4, creating implementation plans, documentation, and ensuring smooth integration.• Architect and guide the technical vision for web analytics implementation, testing, and reporting within the Google marketing stack (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google BigQuery) and Adobe Analytics.
