Working with the Field Services team under 4Transit Joint Venture ( Parsons, Hatch, and WSP) as a consultant for Metrolinx on the multi-billion dollar Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project-Conducted daily site visits monitoring construction activities and produced daily, weekly, and monthly site visit reports-Performed quality verification audits relevant to several engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical, and Industrial)-Reviewed and analyzed IFC drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, specifications, and Inspection & Test Plans for multiple engineering disciplines-Evaluated construction on-site to ensure it was done per design, work plan, project agreement, and applicable building code (OBC, OFC, OPSD, OPSS, OESC, CoT Std Spec)-Drafted Non-Conformance Reports and participated in the NCR initiation and close-out process once a non-compliance has been identified-Participated in monthly Earned Value invoices and cross-checked progress of activities being claimed versus the associated payments-Liason with Metrolinx stakeholders and Crosslinx Constructors to plan and execute project/program as per project management plan
