   Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to prioritize the right workloads to focus with the ISVs to accelerate Microsoft Cloud market share capture. Leader of a group of Global ISV PDMs focusing on building strategic partnership and growth plans with our Security and Teams Global ISVs. The mission of the Global Partner Sales (GPS) organization is to accelerate Microsoft’s growth through its extensive and vibrant ecosystem of managed and unmanaged partners, while also guiding the definition of and establishing excellence in execution across the global GPS teams. To do this, GPS focuses its efforts around four core motions: Build-with, Technical, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Partner Co-sell. ​ The role primary objective is to manage a portfolio of ISV partners delivering on cloud security solutions build on Azure as well as supporting the team in increasing the velocity of the sales pipeline execution with these partners. We are responsible also for the all-up category management for this solution area and for creating a winning strategy and recruiting process aimed at driving broader adoption of Microsoft’s collaboration solutions in Modern Work (e.g. Microsoft Teams and Viva).
