   VP & GM owns full P&L responsibilities, and sets the stratigic direction and overall priorities for Eaton\'s Electrical Services and Systems Division (ESSD). In this role, Igor ensures that safety is #1 priority, that quality, financial and growth objectives are achieved, and that organization drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position will set the target markets, customers, and growth objectives across the division. The central purpose of the ESSD is that \"we make our customers\' power systems safe, efficient, and reliable by providing a comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions tailored for every stage of a power system\'s lifecycle.\" ESSD is also leading Eaton\'s efforts to allow customers to capitalize on opportunities from energy transition, including the integration of renewables and distributed energy resources. Our central purpose complements and aligns with Eaton\'s overall strategy as our services integrate and optimize the elements of a customer\'s power systems utilizing technology from Eaton\'s product portfolio.
