With more than 15 years of experience in information technology, my mission is to improve delivery processes and to setup solid and scalable engineering teams. With a global work experience gained in France, Australia, and the United States, I am experienced in managing diverse teams to meet the demands of a global IT market. In my prior jobs, I served as a VP Engineering at Ignite Outsourcing, an Israeli-based technology firm, project director in Volia Software, a US based software outsourcing company with several R&D centers in the Ukraine. At Ignite, I specialized in creating multi-source global delivery model working with several R&D centers in the Ukraine that jointly delivered high-end application development services and products to the company clients. I have an MS degree in Applied Mathematics from Kiev State University and gained the Executive MBA degree at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
