I have been practicing architecture in Canada since 2005. During this time, I have been actively involved in a wide range of private, municipal, and government projects across Canada and abroad that made me familiar with leadership roles in all sectors of the architectural business and practices, including, but not limited to client liaison, project acquisition, company management, program development, leading multiple teams, project delivery, overviewing construction processes and methods, industry standards, materials and techniques. Working with acquisition teams, clients, project managers, engineers, general contractors, and AHJ’s, I have obtained a great deal of experience, professional and practical knowledge in negotiation, and collected multiple skills. Running my own company helped me to develop and then transfer my leadership and management skills to my current role at Stantec, creating a successful reliable and knowledgeable design team. A good set of knowledge in architectural business and construction industry helps me to find, win, organize, plan, and deliver projects with healthy budgets, reasonable schedules, reliable teams with solid outcomes and great client satisfaction. At Stantec I have been concentrating on industrial projects, developing this area of architectural market in Ontario. Starting from the smaller sized projects, I have expanded Stantec’s presence in this sector and now our team is working on large and unique industrial projects for clients, like CNL, OPG, HONI, Bruce Power, and Amazon throughout Ontario.
