Support the IoT Sales BU with pre-sales engineering and design support for United States, Canada, and LATAM on Fixed infrastructure and Mobility opportunity qualification with CURWB, WiFi, LoRaWAN, and p4G/5G wireless technologies. •Support on-site Sales and Phase 1 Pilots for large customer projects, before completing final BOMs and designs. •Educate and train internal Cisco TSAs/SEs, as well as external customers and integrators about IoT Wireless tech and product offerings. •Create content and deliver technical sessions on wireless backhaul design concepts and product positioning in quarterly SE Virtual Trainings. •Create session content and support customer/partner tradeshows such as Cisco Live in the US and EU. Received Distinguished Speaker award for CLUS in 2022. •Work closely with X-Architecture groups to develop common messaging with Unified and Multi-Access Wireless topologies and end-to-end solutions. •Bridge technical communications between Partners, Distributors, Customers, Sales, and BU IoT wireless stakeholders. •Help determine wireless scope of work, efforts, and Partner/Integrator involvement with inbound Sales opportunities.
