Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of video production (interviews, corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, trailers, etc.). Collaborate and direct the end-to-end video production process, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboard, pre-production, production, and post- production as well as management of music, voice over, editorial, filming, motion graphic design, reviews, revisions and distribution- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget- Propose original and high-quality standard ideas for content, develop storyboards, and arrange all reviews and approvals to ensure creative engagement is optimized and reflects company’s brand message- Produce live-virtual events (Zoom, Streamyard, Vimeo), including managing technical aspects such as video streaming and content delivery.YPO is a global leadership community of chief executives driven by our belief that the world needs better leaders. ABOUT IGOR RICCELLI
I am a filmmaker and producer, currently serving as Video Production Manager at YPO and Founder of NoLo Films, a Milan-based video production company.Passionate about storytelling and cinema for as long as I can remember, I believe in lifelong learning and continuous improvement—both professionally and personally.I began my career as a video journalist, working in newsrooms across newspapers and television. I covered major events in Italy and abroad - such as the Costa Concordia disaster, the Paris terrorist attacks, and the Greek economic crisis - always on-site, hands-on with filming, editing, and post-production. This experience taught me the art of storytelling and how to convey emotions effectively through video.In 2015, I produced my first documentary for RCS Mediagroup on the Milan Furniture Fair, which aired on Sky Italy. This marked the start of my freelance journey, producing commercials, corporate videos, and covering events.Driven by a desire to elevate my craft, I founded my first video production company in 2017, called Ril Productions, working with remarkable international clients across Europe. When the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world, I pivoted to producing and running virtual events - webinars and meetings on platforms like Zoom. My focus was to bring a broadcast-level quality and storytelling approach to the virtual space.In September 2023, I joined the wonderful YPO family as Video Production Manager, and I launched my second production company, NoLo Films, with the ambition to tell impactful stories and collaborate with inspiring organizations worldwide.I am always eager to learn, grow, and connect with inspiring people, and uncover new stories waiting to be told.
