ABOUT IGOR MAZOR
I am a strong believer in the \"leading like a coach\" leadership style (also volunteering as part of the Mentoring Club platform). I bring critical thinking to the table, which helps me understand challenges from different dimensions, and find pragmatic solutions. I treat failures as learning opportunities and always try to keep an open mindset in order to keep learning and adjusting. During my career I gained extensive experience in designing and developing highly scalable, performant, and reliable data intensive systems and products, while leading and working with cross functional teams (Data engineering, ML, backend, infrastructure), and a variety of technologies. One of my main learnings over the years is that there are no perfect solutions and it\'s important to keep working iteratively to achieve progress and improvements.
