Coordinate and manage the movement of containers and cargo between ports, rail yards, and warehouses- Communicate with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are progressing according to schedule- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipment process- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other necessary paperwork- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and customers.
