Leading full-stack engineering teams to design and deliver Audience Platform, leveraging and creating new ML models with a Campaigns Measurement platform built on GCP. • Lead 2 full-stack, cross-functional teams of 10 engineers (+2 contractors) across FE/BE/Data to deliver a high-performance Audience and Campaign Management platform. • Co-own roadmap with Product: backlog grooming, sequencing, risk mitigation, and outcome-based prioritization tied to business KPIs. • Design and build new integration with 3rd party platforms such as a Data Clean Room. • Architect GCP data pipelines (BigQuery, Bigtable, Dataproc, PySpark/Scala) ingesting and transforming terabyte-scale ad data with low-latency access patterns. • Design and deploy event-driven APIs using Spring Boot / WebFlux for ingestion, transformation, and real-time audience delivery. • Build recommender and predefined audience ML models; integrate with ML platforms for audience creation and improve relevance. • Drive reliability at scale: partitioning, indexing, caching, on-call standards, playbooks, and proactive SLOs for 24/7 availability. • Establish a strong engineering culture: regular 1:1s, mentoring, growth plans, and high-leverage collaboration between the teams and peers.
