As a People Ops Coordinator at Engaged, I have the privilege of supporting a dynamic and diverse team across a variety of HR functions. In my role, I work closely with internal teams to provide day-to-day HR support to clients in various sectors—non-profit, public, private, and unionized and non-unionized environments across Canada. I help manage a broad range of tasks, from benefits administration and employee onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding processes.I also assist with recruitment efforts, posting job opportunities, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience. My role involves streamlining processes with our HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring clear communication with clients and colleagues, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.Additionally, I contribute to internal initiatives at Engaged, from creating templates and resources to supporting various HR projects. I am continually developing my skills as an HR Generalist, and I\'m passionate about helping our clients create positive, productive work environments while also enhancing the overall employee experience.
