As a Principal Program Manager Lead at Microsoft, I drive strategic initiatives within the Windows Ecosystem Enablement (WE2) team, where innovation meets execution at scale. My work centers on empowering our global ecosystem of OEMs, silicon partners, and software vendors to deliver the best Windows experiences across devices, focusing on AI experiences.I lead cross-functional efforts that bridge engineering, partner engagement, and product lifecycle strategy. From co-engineering Copilot+ PCs and validating next-gen AI hardware to streamlining secure boot enablement and factory flow optimization, I focus on delivering responsive, reliable, and secure Windows platforms. My role includes orchestrating shiproom operations, managing executive-level transitions like AI readiness, EEAP integration, and ensuring alignment across compliance, and security.I’m passionate about building systems that scale, whether that’s through centralized policy engines, async work item flows, or partner onboarding frameworks.
