As the first member of the Netflix Global Affairs research team, I lead research that crosses regions, product areas, and functions to create an understanding of audiences (e.g. consumers, policy makers, key opinion formers) and important public policy and reputational challenges. These challenges are becoming increasingly diverse and include many areas where public policy, public relations, business, entertainment, and technology overlap. My research shapes our direction, positions, and messaging strategies. Previously, I led research to bring global emerging experiences to life on Netflix, providing foundational insights to our multi-org pillar spanning product, content, production, and marketing.
