I am the current Business Development Administrator with more than a decade of biotechnology and CRO experience. I am proficient in drafting and reviewing proposals, plans and regulatory documentation in support of clinical and non-clinical studies, following appropriate guidelines and methodologies in order to generate consistent reliable data and maintaining open lines of communication with clients.Prior to Smithers, I obtained my Undergraduate and Graduate Degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore. My background includes various years of supervisory and project management positions in a CRO where I managed and fostered client relationships which included several NIH contracts.
