As the Head of Logistics and Warehousing at LFB Group, I lead a team of 8 professionals and oversee the full scope of the company’s logistics operations. This includes the strategic and operational management of all transportation—both inbound and outbound—as well as the supervision of warehousing activities across our network.A critical part of my role involves ensuring full compliance with GxP standards and the proper management of cold chain logistics, essential to maintaining product integrity and patient safety in the pharmaceutical industry. I also manage the 4PL project, aiming to streamline and optimize our supply chain through integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions.My mission is to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, while supporting the company’s continued growth with robust and scalable logistics strategies.

As an Industrial & Organization engineer, I have strong analytical abilities and the obsession toidentify gaps and inefficiencies in every project and try to obtain solutions to reduce them.During my degree, I learned to face several and difficult problems, to solve them and make thesolution lasting over time. These skills are being complemented now, as I am studying a Degreein Business Administration. This second degree is giving me a wide knowledge aboutmanagement, accounting, law and general organization of today’s companies. I am also veryinterested in Big Data analysis that is nowadays a key aspect for companies’ development.I consider myself an open minded and optimistic person who is got used to work incollaboration environments but also able to work on my own without being supervised. As aLogistics Manager, I worked with people from all over the world and improved thedigitalization and the whole supply chain inside the company.During the last five years taking part of the Technical Service Management I learned thecomplexity of managing big groups of people and dealing with high demanding customers in atop urgent and critical environment as the French Healthcare system. Being immersed in thisrole and sector during the pandemic has also been a lesson that I will never forget.All this experience has provided me the opportunity to gain knowledge about the entirebusiness aspect and a balance between analytical, business and customer-care skills. I amalways passionate about my job, hardworking and responsible.I love travelling, architecture and discover new cultures, people and languages. However,sports are my greatest hobby. I have been a professional handball player and now I continuepracticing triathlon.
