I currently serve as Chief Security Officer (General Manager) at a large integrated steel manufacturing plant, where I lead enterprise security, loss prevention, and incident response functions.My work focuses on identifying and closing operational vulnerabilities that lead to financial leakage, disruption, safety incidents, or reputational exposure. I have extensive experience in material movement controls, contractor ecosystems, dispatch operations, internal investigations, and crisis response in complex industrial environments.Across my career I have led multi-site teams, conducted internal enquiries into pilferage and misconduct, implemented security automation systems, and advised senior leadership during high-pressure incidents including major industrial emergencies.
